Energetické bilance míchání gumárenské směsi

Abstract

V současné době je kladen velký důraz na úsporu energií a zavádění energeticky úsporných opatření ve všech oblastech lidské činnosti. Tato práce se zaměřila na výzkum úspory energie při přípravě směsi pro gumárenský průmysl. V gumárenské výrobě patří příprava směsi mezi nejnáročnější energetické operace. Cílem práce bylo zjistit optimální rychlost otáčení hnětadel při homogenizaci u vícestupňového míchání, následně vyhodnotit optimální vstupní teplotu směsi do procesu míchání pro energeticky nejméně náročné zpracování.

The article deals with the deformation of the rubber boot. To keep the boot working correctly, it is necessary to avoid a buckling of the boot during its pressing. This can be reached by the appropriate shape of the boot; most important is the profi le of the bends of boot. Some models of the boot with different bend profi les were analysed by the FEM system. These models were able to simulate the deformation of the boot including the buckling. The results showed that the reduction of profi le thickness in the bends of the boot is essential for the buckling. These data were used for the design of the final shape of the boot.
