Řízení technologického procesu fermentace

Abstract

Na našem pracovišti, Institutu informačních technologií FT UTB ve Zlíně, byla vyvinuta technologie pro zpracování kožedělných odpadů pomocí enzymatické hydrolýzy. Tento proces v sobě zahrnuje tři části: proces fermentace, filtrace a sušení. Zabýváme se návrhem komplexního řídicího systému pro celou tuto technologii. V rámci příspěvku bychom zde chtěli publikovat nejnovější poznatky o řízení prvního procesu - fermentace.

At views economic and ecological behalf manipulation these processing scrap is indicate optimal employ enzymatic hydrolysis. The technological process of enzymatic hydrolysis is composed from three parts: fermentation, filtration and drying. We design the control system for this technology. In this paper there are described problems of the control in the technology process fermentation.
