dc.description.abstract In recent years, electromagnetic interference has become a severe problem for electronic and electric devices design. That has led to an increase in demand for electromagnetic protection. However, there still exists a lot of devices sensitive to electromagnetic field effect, and one of them is security camera representing a crucial factor in the security area. The paper deals with the design of electromagnetically shielding grid for security cameras lenses. The basis of the experiment is the CST Microwave Studio simulation tool used to obtain the theoretical shielding effectiveness results which are subsequently verified by practical measurements using coaxial lines. © 2018 IEEE. en
