Abstrakt: | The issue of the creative economy and creative industries is currently becoming an important factor in economic life of many countries. This topic is being discussed and the European Commission, which in 2010 prepared a document entitled "Green Paper - Unlocking the potential of cultural and creative industries". This document gave impulse to the implementation of many research activities aimed at mapping and promoting the development of cultural and creative industries. Even for universities the theme is very topical, since these are the creators of new ideas, approaches and innovations in the areas of technology, design, as well as creative approaches in dealing with various projects, ie. creative projects. Currently the labor market, characterized by its constant metamorphosis, is becoming a place of conflict of preferred requirements and also claims the employment sphere (ie. commercial and non-commercial entities). One of the tasks of universities is to prepare students for the realities of the labor market with maximum capability to successfully and creatively engage in business cooperation. One of the many forms of student training is participation in the implementation of real projects. The aim of this study is to identify problematic factors in the implementation of the so-called creative projects at the Faculty of Arts in the Czech Republic. To identify problem areas of creative projects a qualitative research method was used in a form of individual interviews with people who work in projects as head of project teams. The results of the study can help identify the most common problem areas and also to draft preventive measures in dealing with creative projects. |
