dc.description.abstract The purpose of the study is to examine Entrepreneurial Orientation (OE) and business performance of small and medium size enterprises in Sri Lanka. For the study, researcher analyzed the data from SME owners/managers in Sri Lanka. The study suggested that overall OE have an influence on the business performance and firm innovativeness significantly impact on return on investment (ROT) and overall performance of SMEs. The findings of the study emphasize the importance of developing OE within the SMEs. en
